The Rt. Revd. E.A Adekola,the Lord Bishop of Igbomina Anglican diocese proposed to the members of the Joint Board of the Diocese of Igbomina during there meeting on Saturday 17, November 2017 the establishment of Anglican Boys' Academy,to commenced academic session in September 2018. In pursuance of this proposal,the Joint Board initiated a Task -Force committee of five(5) members. The committee has met on several times to discussed the take-off of the school and on the 4th September,2018,the committee met and planned for the take-off on Septembem 17,2018.Which came to reality on 17th September,2018,as Anglican Boy's Academy Esie was born.

VISION:To be a leading provider of standard secondary education in Nigeria,particularly in the areas of Science, Mathematics,Technology and Christian virtues.
MISSION
1. Raising an army of Scholars who shall redeem the battered image of Anglican efforts in the field of formal education in Nigeria.
2. Raising a new generation of would-be leaders through a broad based qualitative education on sound Biblical principles resulting into the birth of bread[winners,job creators and world changers.
PHILOSOPHY: The school is anchored on the pride and belief in education .Thus ,Education is seen as a voyage of discovery,a catalyst of change and a knowledge industry to think out solutions to the myriads of problems facing humanity.
